Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Moda Transportasi Antara Kereta Api Dengan Pesawat Terbang Menggunakan Metode Ahp (Analytic Hierarchy Process) (Studi Kasus: Cepu - Surabaya)

Abstract

The current high movement of society requires the implementation of transportation that does not only rely on one mode. Considering the large number of transportation users in Cepu and its surroundings who often go to Surabaya, a study was conducted by comparing 2 alternative modes, namely trains and airplanes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the important factors that influence the choice of mode and to analyze the user's response/response if the factors offered are. The data is in the form of a questionnaire which is then processed and calculated using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. From the data analysis, it is obtained that the order of criteria based on the most important in the selection of modes according to the analysis is safety (30.3%), convenience (23.1%), ease of time (13.3%), convenience (11.9%), cost ( 11.1%), and frequency (10.4%). Based on the existing criteria, the order of criteria that is most sensitive to mode selection is cost, safety, travel time, convenience, and frequency.
