Abstract

The construction of Jalan Ngawenan - Pasar Sore - Temengeng - Gubug Payung, Sambong District, Blora Regency is one part of the road construction for local residents. Road construction is due to the increasing community needs for access, transportation, and mobilization. The role of heavy equipment is needed to speed up the work. The time study method is a work measurement technique by collecting data based on the time needed to complete a job and used to calculate the standard time of a job. The results of research on productivity analysis and causative factors are dump truck productivity per hour 9.50 m³/hour, productivity per day 66.5 m³/day, cycle time of 43 minutes. Productivity of tandem roller per hour is 100.15 m³/hour, productivity per day is 701.05 m³/day, cycle time is 26 minutes. The number of dump trucks is 3 units, and 2 units of tandem rollers. While the reality in the field is that there are 3 units of dump trucks, 1 unit of tandem rollers, but in reality there is only 1 unit. With a work volume spread of 277.94 m³.
