ANALISIS PENGARUH RENDAMAN AIR LAUT TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON MENGGUNAKAN PASIR BENGAWAN SOLO
Abstract
In this research, clean water was used as a concrete mixer. Meanwhile, sea water and clean water are used as soaking water. The test object is a cylindrical size (150 mm x 300 mm), the test object is treated and tested at the age of 14 and 28 days. Based on research on the effect of the type of soaking water on the compressive strength of concrete, the value of the compressive strength of concrete aged 14 days which was soaked in clean water of 6.35 MPa, and sea water 4.435 MPa. Meanwhile, the compressive strength value of 28 day old concrete soaked in clean water is 7.245 MPa, and sea water is 4.81 MPa. It can be concluded that at the age of 14 days the compressive strength value of the concrete in each type of immersion water has not reached the design concrete compressive strength quality value. From the sample age of 14 days to the age of 28 days, all samples experienced an increase. However, the concrete that was made and soaked did not meet the design compressive strength quality value, namely below 20 MPa, due to other unknown factors.
