ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN PELAKSANAAN DENGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA BERDASARKAN PERMEN PUPR NO 8 TAHUN 2023

Abstract

This study compares the Project Budget Plan (RAP) with the Cost Estimate (RAB) based on the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 8 of 2023. The results show that the RAP is more efficient due to the use of a lump-sum system, resulting in lower costs and better alignment with actual field conditions than the RAB based on the regulation.
