ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK PARKIR (OFF-STREET PARKING) DI PASAR RAKYAT SIDO MAKMUR BLORA

Abstract

Pasar Rakyat Sido Makmur Blora is a shopping center in Blora apart from being flexible and an MD mall, therefore it requires adequate parking facilities to accommodate sellers and buyers. The increasing number of visitors to the Sido Makmur Blora People's Market, to find out the characteristics of the parking area availability of the Sido Makmur Blora People's Market, to find out the comparison of flat rates and progressive rates. The method used in the collection is the field survey method. The results of the maximum characteristics for motorbikes and four-wheeled vehicles obtained values: the accumulated Sunday was 17361, the parking volume on Sunday was 14450, the average duration was 100.39. The number of parking turnover rates on Sunday for motorbikes was 1431.35 and four wheels were 21.83, the need for parking space on Sunday for motorbikes was 1880.24 m² and four wheels covering 15624.88 m². The maximum rate for motorbikes on Sundays is a fixed rate of 6,078,000 and a progressive rate of 8,049,000. while the maximum rate for cars on Sundays is 118,000 and the progressive rate is 156,500. Based on the results of the analysis, the parking area for motorbikes and cars during peak hours can meet the standard needs.
