Analisis Distribusi Perjalanan (Studi Kasus: Kawasan Perkotaan Cepu)

Abstract

Cepu, as a small urban area in Blora Regency, has experienced rapid growth in the industrial, economic, and population sectors, leading to increasing community mobility needs. The issue of travel distribution has become important to analyze as a basis for efficient and sustainable transportation planning. This study focuses on six urban villages in Cepu using questionnaires and interviews to obtain actual travel data for 2025, which is then projected for 2030 and 2035 using the Furness method. This method was chosen because it is simple and able to estimate distribution based on the growth of origin and destination zones. Data were collected in real-time through online questionnaires supported by village offices as well as direct interviews (home interviews). The results show that community travel distribution tends to be directed toward activity centers such as schools, markets, and workplaces. Projections for 2030 and 2035 indicate an increase in travel volume. This analysis provides important insights for transportation planning in the Cepu area.
